2026 lamb crop should be ready for your freezer in mid-late summer!!

Pricing:

$425 per lamb

  • Includes delivery to the packer and general processing into retail cuts per your directions.

  • Any specialty add-ons will be your responsibility to pay for (like ground patties or links).

  • The balance must be paid prior to lamb going to the packer.

  • Lambs will typically yield a 40-50lb hanging weight prior to being cut into retail cuts.

  • Final amount of meat picked up may be around 70% of the hanging weight, depending on your instructions for bone-in cuts vs. ground meat etc.

  • So, when you are headed home from the packer, you can expect a ballpark of 30-35# of lamb for your freezer.
